Can I remove one radiator and cap off the pipes

We are fitting underfloor heating in our kitchen so won’t need to small radiator that’s behind the door and has never really given off enough heat in there anyway (it’s right down the wrong end of the kitchen).  Can I remove the radiator and just cap off the 2 pipes, or do I need to join them together to let the water flow round the entire system still?

many thanks in advance

Assuming your CH system is 2-pipe, then removing and capping off the pipes is fine.
If you turn that radiator fully off, does it affect any other rad? Most likely, 'no', which means it's ok to remove and cap.

...but also check that it was not intended to be a heat-dump, always-on radiator for your CH system!

    Good point, Apod.

Bathrooms are usually chosen for the manual-valve, always-cracked-open, by-pass rad, but that's not to say...

LW1, what type of valves are on this rad - is one a TRV.
