1)The prize is for four people and comprises:  

1. Return flights to Florence, Italy from a London airport of the prize provider’s choice;
2. Hire of a Mini Countryman automatic car for 8 days with collection and drop off at Florence Airport; and
3. Seven (7) nights’ self-catering accommodation at Poggetto Rosato, a three-bed farmhouse with private swimming pool in Panzano, Chianti;
4. Private Tuscan cooking class at Poggetto Rosato including lunch (3 – 4 hours approx.), includes the preparation of an appetizer, first course and second course with side dish and dessert led by a professional chef; and
5. Wine tasting experience at Pogetto Rosato (1.5 hours approx.), includes a guided tasting of five different wines and a small tasting of cheese and salami.  

2)The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations e-mail from Element and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

3)The prize must be taken and completed within 12 months of the congratulations e-mail from Element being sent. The prize cannot be taken over any UK Bank Holidays (7th to 10th April 2023; 1st May 2023; 29th May 2023), from 1st July 2023 to 31st August 2023 or over Christmas and New Year (19th December 2023 to 4th January 2024). The prize and its components are subject to availability and COVID-19 restrictions.

4)Flights may be indirect and the routing will be determined by the prize provider.

5)The designated vehicle driver must be aged between 21 and 80, have held a full valid driving licence for a minimum of two (2) years that entitles them to drive a European category B vehicle. A security deposit of £400 (Euro equivalent) will also be required from the designated driver. The security deposit is required upon the pick up of the vehicle and is fully refundable upon safe return of the vehicle, provided it is returned in the condition it was picked up in with a full tank of fuel as when it was collected. The designated driver must be in possession of a current valid credit card. Rental includes third party insurance. The vehicle cannot be taken outside of Italy. The vehicle rental includes 150km per day, local taxes and insurance. All other costs or additional vehicle travel extras are the responsibility of the driver (extra kilometres, fuel, motorway toll and any damage to the vehicle caused by the driver).

6)The prize winner and their companions must hold current and valid passports and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry into Italy. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their companions. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. For the latest advice from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office on travel to Italy, including security and local laws, plus passport and visa information, check www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.

7)Travel insurance is not included but it is strongly advised for travel. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining appropriate travel insurance for themselves and their companion.

8)Either the prize winner or one of their companions must be over the age of 18. Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged18 or over to check into the accommodation. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and/or their companions adhere to the local laws in Italy. It is highly recommended that the prize winner and their companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.

9)The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize. 

10)The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

11)There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

12)Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
