Fragile newbie here. I have been given a remoska and I am trying to make my diet meals from what's in the freezer.

My Remoska has rather been usurped by an air fryer, but now we will be wanting more hot food I think it will get more use, but I kept the old MSE 'moska thread in my bookmarks.
