British Gas - payments not showing on bill

Hi Everyone

Finally sorted, contacting Phil Bentley as advised (thanks) got me my answers. They provided a typed out report of all payments which my dad wasn't happy about, still believed his payments were missing. I am now not too sure on this, anyway.
I asked for the actual bill to be sent, but this was not possible at this time, but the lady who was dealing with my query agreed to a 2 month refund of payments - add this to the £10 refund for t/phone calls - this comes to near what my dad believed to be missing.
Shame it took, contacting top man of British Gas though.
But the lady dealing with it was very efficient and apologetic which makes a lot of difference. Great advice from everyone - thanks
