listing page not working properly

I've been trying to list things this afternoon and it has been very glitchy, on one listing I had to sign in via a telephone code 5 times for a single listing. However just switched to my private account on another browser and all I'm getting there is 'whoops this is embarrassing the listing tool doesn't appear to be working, please try again later'.
It's a shame as I had a spare hour or so and a box load of things to list .
