Smartsave 2 year fixed rate

Help please! I opened an account with SmartSave on their two year fixed interest. My money has been taken but I can’t contact them. I get an error message saying I need to verify my email account but no phone number to ring them and when I go into Live Chat they need my email which is not verified! Going round in circles and getting very worried. I’ve tried another email address and get the same response. I have emailed and they have said they will phone me but nothing yet.

I do not think you need to worry that your money has somehow disappeared. Smartsave appear in the usual reputable comparison sites as a recognised savings institution with FSCS cover.

The main reason I would not use them was they dont have a phone number.It soes not matter until there is a mistake or something goes wrong.0
