If any customer receives a continual error message when trying to submit readings you should be able to do so via "Help" section, where I was able to send mine via a live chat with minimal wait. I say that as it took less than 2 minutes from waiting for engagement to final sign-off, but I'd been trying normal method since yesterday morning, getting error message continuously, and basically just telling a blank screen what I was trying to do. It was only when I went back in today that I found an operator had picked up after 6 minutes and offered to take my readings. It's worth just waiting if you can, while you do something else. I doubt very much they're in trouble; everyone's phone lines will be buzzing today. Still can't be as bad as our doctor's surgery!!
