Technically, you pre-date the period in question. However, lending that went past the date the FCA took over consumer credit could be included.
The other issue you have is data protection. It's unlikely that data exists that would show that detail now. Something that the FCA has already stated it is having a problem with whilst it tries to obtain data.
The FCA report is due September but there has been suggestions it may be pushed back into 2025.
