Octopus cancels off peak Octopus GO tariffs

Just had an email from Greg Jackson at Octopus Go basically saying that they can no longer offer off peak (low cost) electric 00:30 to 04:30 even though it's part of my fixed term agreement. Has anyone else received notice from Octopus and is this one way of energy companies grabbing back lost money?

That's not what my email says. It says they can't lower the day rate to the cap BECAUSE OF my low off peak rate. So in other words the tariff stays exactly the same as I signed up for.

That's fully what I expected. Are you sure it says they are cancelling your off peak rate?

I am on Go (fixed until May 1st) and had an email this evening telling me no change to my tariff. Are you one of those Go users who does not have an EV?

And also, whatever it says, it's not "energy companies grabbing back lost money".
