CitiPark and Bay Sentry - Advice needed

    I Have contacted CitiPark and they have explained how it works.
    So, when did you click pay, at the time you arrived or when you left?
    If you clicked pay when you parked it defaults to the minimum time at £4 assuming you are leaving then, you should have clicked pay when you actually left when it would calculate the time and charge accordingly.
    Unless you can prove the signage is confusing or not compliant you might struggle here but a call as I said to CitiPark who seem quite good might get a cancellation.
