Council Tax Rebanding

Hi everyone, just a quick question if someone can help. I have filled out the online form for the Council Tax rebounding which it said the reply would be within 28 days. This time has now passed and I have not heard anything. Does anyone know a telephone number who I can contact to chase them up. TIA

I think it varies from council to council.
We got an answer in the end. Just said it was an informal review and the band would not be changed. No response to the points we had made. You can only go forward to the next stage/appeal in specific circumstances, which we do not meet.
So that was the end of that.0
