how do i get rid of 'YahooYMailTo Class'

can't get rid of this from our system and from what i have found through net...its a virus. I have tried several online scanners but none of them have picked it up. our pc freezes when we turn it on and when we connect to internet. also have to hit F1 everytime we start up as it comes up with something about 'drives not found' (sorry can't remember exact phrase as forgot to write it down before i wrote this)we had several bugs on it before as useless norton let 5 in. i think we have got rid of most of them, but not all....help
