    Well done. However confused by the following:-

    "The judge kept asking the solicitor for evidence or to at least to try and satisfy him that the claimant had followed due process when pursuing me as the keeper of the vehicle as I'd never admitted to being the driver on the day."

    as the Defence appears to have been filed with:-

    "2). It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper and driver of the vehicle in question but liability is denied."

    Still a wins a win.

    I removed the “and driver of the vehicle” part before I submitted the defence.
