Looks like this rate is now gone, now looking at 4.43%. Will this def run out on the 28th feb if I’ve not had offer yet?
@mose_2 The product will have a fixed 'complete-by' date. You should be shown an illustration/KFI/quote which will specify this date clearly prior to submitting an application. That date is specific to the product that you apply for, it won't change irrespective of whether it takes Lloyds 1 day or 1 month to process your application and issue an offer.

From what I can see on the sourcing tool for the 4.43% 5yr fix it's still showing a complete-by date of 28/02/2023.

FYI, if you're considering a 4.43% remo rate, there are better remo rates available from NatWest for 5yr fixes, they won't be around for much longer as they're the cheapest mainstream ones on offer. Either check out the NatWest direct website or speak to a broker. The MSE guide here can help you find one

Hi I’ve had a look at NatWest 3.79% five year fix just looking through the illustration and can’t see a complete by date anywhere the only thing on there is

‘the interest rate is fixed until 31 Jan 2028’

would that mean I would have to complete by 31st jan 23?

@mose_2 NatWest offers are normally valid for 6 months from date of offer, with a further 1 month extension possible.

Thanks, but no way of being sure it will last until 3/3/23 without ringing them or applying?

@mose_2 I've no idea if it's the same direct so please do confirm with them, but for a NatWest intermediary application, if I applied today and an offer was issued on 20th October, I know that it will be valid to 19th/20th April 2023 and can be extended for a month, so 19th/20th May 2023. I don't need to call NatWest to know that, that's just how they work.

FYI NatWest broker rates are being upped from tomorrow, no idea about the direct rates.

Great thanks. Think I better ring them to make sure but annoying it doesn’t mention it anywhere.
