DCB Legal Ltd Consented Set Aside

Hello all,
I've decided to approach the consented set aside approach for my parking charge from 2018 which later resulted in a CCJ against my name.
I have spoken to One Parking Solutions Ltd and have been advised that they do not deal directly anymore and would need to go through DCB Legal Ltd.
I have since emailed DCBL and they have comeback asking for reasons as to why they should consider the set aside.
I'm not sure what to say other than I want the issue set aside and I am happy to pay.
I'm defending the issue because I was not living at my parents address at the time and never recieved all correspondence. Everything was legally served at the correct address, just that I had no fixed home address at that time.
Does anyone have experience with consented set asides and how to push this through with DCBL?
Please let me know if more information is needed as there are perhaps other defences.
Thank you

Which car park and what were the circumstances of the PCN?
I ask that, because most OPS cases are defendable (appalling signage for a start) so you might be able to do a non-consented set aside.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Does this relate to your other thread: -

or is it a new case? If your other thread, you really should continue on it, if a different case, then continue here.1 -

I'd really be happy to take any approach. I've just been told so many different things by different people that I am so confused about which direction to take. I have sent you a private message - if you wouldn't mind have a look and let me know what you think.
That would be phenomenal !!!
I will then post on my previous thread to help anybody that is dealing with DCB Legal Ltd and these obscured PCNs
Many thanks,
