Pension withdrawal

Hi,
History
- Back in 2010 i was duped into transfering my pension pot £20,000 to Ark Pensions.
- 2 individuals were jailed for this scam in April 2022.
- The company handling all the issues put a CCJ on my credit file for £28,000 in 2016 it is due to expire in 2023.
- I was never contacted by a court to get my side ot the story or dispute the CCJ.
- I have never been sent a tax bill for this unauthorised pension withdrawal by HMRC.
Questions
- Can the CCJ be reapplied after 2023
- Can HMRC back date any tax liabilities
- Can the company handling the pension chase me for the monies
Not sure what to do about this, is it a case of keeping quiet and hope it alll goes away ?
Thanks,

They could re apply to the court to enforce the CCJ but they would have to present a very good reason as to why they have not done so in the past 6 years.HMRC are usually limited to 6 years in most cases, they can go back further in exceptional cases but this case would unlikely be covered by that.1

CCJ cannot be reapplied it would disappear from your record next year - they can still enforce it but would need to apply to court after 6 years as to why they didn't enforce it in the time
