Lost item claim form Evri

Has anybody managed to get a lost claim form out of Evri. Even though they admit the parcel was lost when in transit with them the page to download this lost claim form no longer exists. I have rung them and not possible to speak to a person, just going round in circles clicking buttons, one of the phone numbers given is £3 a minute! Is it something like the ombudsman I need to contact? Any help greatly appreciated.

I emailed  martijn.delange@hermes-europe.co.uk  when a parcel I sent got stuck in transit and didn't move for two weeks.
Got a reply quickly and got a payment for the insured value and postage in about 10 days.

There isn't a £3 per minute number, this will be a scam site redirecting to their 0330 number.
