Base 1 showing on all my Synergy 4500 handsets no diialling tone

All my three Snergy 4500 handsets are showing Base 1 on the screen and i cannot get a dialling tone. This has suddenly happened, without warning can anyone suggest how i can correct this error and get my phones working again
