Not sure about gas bills / cap - how does it work?

Just to emphasise that you need to get your parent's annual usage for gas and electric. You can usually find this on the bill and they are quite accurate. If you have readings from about a year ago, then post those readings here with today's meter readings, as well as which region in the country your parents are in (South East, North East, Scotland, Midlands, etc).Somebody will be able to accurately work out the annual consumption figures and perhaps even how much they should pay being every year.0
