Shared access Help

Hope someone can help,
basically my freehold property is outlined in red, and the small outline is my garage, i want to run electricity to my garage, in-between my house and my garage is footpath and my neighbours garage, this footpath allows access for us both and one other neighbour to access the garage forecourt to our garages,
i want to lift a concrete slab between my house and my neighbours garage to run the electrical cable under it and then across the neighbours garage eaves
(with their permission), I have been trying to find out who owns/is responsible for the footpath,
but looking at the plan it would seemed to indicate its a shared accessway, if this is correct? would this mean my Neighbour and I would be responsible for the pathway adjoining our properties, therefore i might be able to run this cable without any permissions (I.E planning) as long as i do not impede any access ?
this would make sense, as my neighbour as tried speaking to the council/maintenance company about repairing the footpath outside Her property but they both deny responsibility ! hope the below plan makes sense

Have you paid and downloaded your neighbours plan to check their boundaries to see if the path is included in their red outline? Might be worth comparing both plans.1

Have you read your title deeds and/or the lease to see if you are allowed to install electricity in your garage?
If several neighbouring properties need access over the pathway then I imagine it would be shared access. You would need to do a Map Search on the HM Land Registry website to obtain the title number for the pathway and then download the title to find out who owns it.1 -
MM, may I ask what you want the leccy for? Is it just for lighting, or, say, to run power tools? For the former, then you could consider solar-powered lighting instead - these can be very powerful and effective. For the latter, you should check your deeds to see what is permitted. If you get the go-ahead, will you be laying SWA?1

This is why i posted this, i wouldn’t know where to start! Where would i pay and download it from, how much is it ? To be honest my neighbour would probably let me look at it, as for them it will help sort out who is going to pay for their path to be repaired, Tiglet2 said:UnderOffer said:Have you paid and downloaded your neighbours plan to check their boundaries to see if the path is included in their red outline? Honestly i have looked several times, and cannot find anything in the deeds/title plan that states i cannot have electricity, it doesn’t necessary state i can either which is so confusing, i will see if i can find what you suggest on the HM Land Registry thanks 🙏 Bendy_House said:Have you read your title deeds and/or the lease to see if you are allowed to install electricity in your garage?

It will mainly be for lighting, i have battery run tools so maybe just for charging them? I have used a leisure battery for several years to light 3 led strips, but power would help provide a heater in winter and fan in summer as my garage is my own personal gym,MM, may I ask what you want the leccy for? im not comfortable with going the solar route, due to cost and effectiveness,
i had previously asked my electrician to quote the job, and yes it would be SWA,
to add, we literally were about to move to a new house Tomorrow was completion in fact, but the developer pulled the house from house 2 days before exchange of contracts 🧐, gutted is an understatement, but since then we have decided to stay due to a few factors, but this has renewed my intention to get power to the garage0
