Wow 6 months ago when we applied I thought the rate was high, at those rates would be £400 a month more0

We need to remortgage in May. I feel physically sick. These 6% rates will cost us an extra £800 per month.Truss and Kwarteng should go to prison for what they have done.0

5.2% for new customer remortgage can currently get tracker at 0.70% above base rate. Rates would have to go to 4.5% to match that. Tough choices.0

4.44% for us. Our current fixed rate is up next September. Tempted to lock in now and pay ERC? Think we'll just be extending our term tbh, we already pay £850p/month and cant really afford to go any higher!0
