Santander retailer offers to close, replaced with 'Santander Boosts'

Email from Santander to say that their retailer offers will end on 17 November 2022, and the scheme will be replaced with 'Santander Boosts', a 'new and improved rewards service'. No detail of what that entails as yet.

Never bother with the gimmicks. It attracts some customers or they would use them.....but not me.0

I've not received the email but I switched it on and never used any of the offers as they were all pretty much gimmicks, in fact don't think I've ever used my Santander debit card since I've had it, so maybe that's why?I get similar "offers" from other companies too, but you have to activate the specific ones you want first, and I just can't be bothered searching through the list every time before going somewhere for 5 - 10% off.0

It was good whilst it lasted, I made over £300+ paid out between Lloyds & Santander on their Sky TV offer that comes up every few months. Paid out £50 each time even though I got it several times for having 2 months Sky DDs going through the account even though I wasn't a new customer

Got it a few days ago, the offers have never been relevant and I expect this to continue with the new scheme.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

Received it on 22 Sep. Very rarely use the retailer offers tbh.
Did the Life Insurance one for an easy sum in 2021. Just cancelled after minimum number of premiums required and netted £45 profit

My email arrived this evening about the closure of Santander’s retailer offers.
That just leaves me with the Halifax and their offerings for the foreseeable future.0 -
Had the email and according to their records I've had £1300 of payments, but I've had the account a long time!0

You should now be able to enrol with Santander’s new Boosts rewards scheme - I had a pop-up window in their banking app this morning.
Clicking on the link in that window takes you to an external website to join Santander Boosts.
