Q11 Probably on completely the wrong track, but I was thinking ROTOR for the weight bit - which is another name for the oscillating weight in a watch which means you don't have to wind it.  

Also ROTOR is another word for helicopter blades - thinking of shoulder blades.

ROTORIUS is incorrect.
