New flat has prepay gas meter

    When I had PPM way back in 2011 when I moved into my flat I immediately phoned the supplier and got them to change over to credit meters they did a credit check and said yes in minutes because I was with them at a previous address and paid by DD every month without problems.
    I would have asked why they aren't changing meters, it might be because there aren't no meters available to change too or that they just don't want to change them and keep her on a PPM. 
    The meter would be a smart meter if they did change it so I would ask if the electric supplier could take on the gas supply and ask again to have a credit meter installed. 
    Someone please tell me what money is
