Claim form advice

Received a claim form for no valid ticket parking etc. But Ive no no idea for where! The particulars of claim give a street name of Car Park but nothing further as an address. As is I cannot form a defence when the time comes-I have filed AOS currently.
Is this any kind of breach of rules for filing a claim? If I ignore and present no defence is that proper thing to do or will I be expected to have contacted claimant if It got to court?

If I ignore and present no defence is that proper thing to doAbsolutely not, otherwise you will lose by default and everything they are claiming will become payable by you. Don't pay that, that's your credit rating trashed for 6 years, with serious financial ramifications.Anyway, welcome to the forum. Can you tell us the Date of Issue shown on the Claim Form, and, as you say you have acknowledged service, on what date was that? Provide us the dates and forum regular @KeithP will be along later with some key dates and actions for you to take to help get you underway.Which parking firm is pursuing you, and which solicitors are representing them? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
