Outwrite unwanted subscription

About a week ago I signed up for a 7-day trial of Outwrite, a proofreading service similar to Grammarly but way worse. The free trial ended on Friday and I got slapped with a £94.5 yearly charge on my Debit Card for Pro subscription with no notification email or receipt. I'm usually really good with this kind of stuff, but my phone was broken recently and my reminders didn't get transferred to my backup phone. I only noticed the charge when I checked my bank account for an unrelated reason. I looked through their cancellation policy and with no surprise, there is no refund:

Refund policy

"Outwrite will only provide you with a refund of the Subscription Fee in the event they are unable to provide the Services, or if the management of Outwrite makes a decision, at its absolute discretion, that it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances. Where this occurs, the proportion of the Subscription Fee refunded will be in the proportional amount of the Subscription Period that remains unused by the User (the Refund).

Outwrite does not provide a Refund for change of mind. It is the responsibility of the User to ensure that the Subscription they have chosen is appropriate before paying the Subscription Fee."

The subscription was on my work laptop so I haven't used it since the free trial expired.  I honestly cannot afford it in any way. I already emailed them requesting the refund saying that I cannot afford it but I'm pretty sure I know what the reply it's going to be. 

Is there any way I could get them money back? Does the 14-day cool-off period apply to the online services too?

    I believe they are an Australian company - no idea what the consumer rights are over there but enforcing them may be difficult sadly
  • I looked into Australian Consumer Laws and they do have a 10 business day cool-off period but I'm not sure whether it applies to online subscriptions.
