An ASHP will have no effect whatsoever on your FIT readings and payments.  However you will be using a lot more electricity, and when the heat pump is on and the sun is shining it will most likely consume the entire output from your solar panels.  So you will use more solar electricity and export less.  Therefore any case you had for wanting to switch from deemed export to metered export will be diminished.
