Do black box motor insurance discriminate against shift workers ( nurses)

Hospital worker in NHS Healthcare isn't that much of a stretch.
The fact they employed in a NHS hospital is a true statement.
It's not like they are going to crash their car while doing a patients obs or use their car on a meds round.
OK a manager is a stretch for a newly qualified nurse, but more experianced nurses like a sister/charge nurse are what are now considered frontline management by the NHS.
Their roles incorporate a lot of other tasks than just patient care, they will manage staff, supplies and even budgets.
So manager is probably more or equally appropriate than nurse in their case.
