    Thanks Philip, yes by my understanding If I pay by variable DD then my monthly bill will be reduced by £66 that month from the government help. At least that’s the way I read it, however the people at Bulb seem to not have a clue how it will be applied if I pay by variable DD. It’s just a shambles.
