Switching offer with Santander

The last switch offer had the same in the terms - review at 60 days from instruction, pay within another 30... but the average reported delay was 54 days ... from lots of forumites, inc me. That time was measured from instruction to switch (not from switch completion).1

People that have received their incentives today for requesting it on the 5th Aug, did you receive emails from Santander saying congratulations for switching? If so how much longer afterwards was the incentive paid? I received my email on the 20th and requested the switch on the 13th Aug so just trying to figure out when it might be paid.0
