Hey all!
so our CML inspection on our new build happened on the 22nd Thursday just gone, we haven’t heard anything since.
went to house today, everything is in, flooring, bathrooms etc.
fingers crossed inspection is all ok, husband works in that line of work so can’t see why it wouldn’t of.
how long after the inspection is completion normally?

If you've already exchanged then your contract should provide the answer.0

we now have been told possibly end of October, but it is completely done, I can’t see why they need until the end of October.0 -
The developer will give you 10 days notice of the completion date and it sounds as though you're just waiting for the official sign off before that happens.0
