Local author merges writing with her love of interior decorating for new cozy crime series!
Fliss Chester, who resides in Gomshall (up until recently the author lived in Godalming), Surrey is due to release her latest novel, Death Among the Diamonds, next week! A totally addictive cozy murder mystery and the first in a series featuring Cressida Fawcett.
The author really enjoyed blending a humorous side in the vein of PG Wodehouse and EM Delafield into a cozy crime, and with an amateur sleuth who loves interiors and architecture… just like the author herself! Fliss spent around 10 years off and on at Ideal Home and wanted to merge her love of writing with her love of interior decorating… but with a few more martini’s and murder mixed in!
