Investengine payback

Totally new to stocks and shares business. Spotted on this site £30 bonus if I invest £100 for a year in investengine.com. Unfortunately, I had to withdraw my £100 recently. I know I'd lose my bonus (it was down nearly £6, anyway) Anybody any idea how long they take to pay back? It's been nearly a week since I requested and all I get is jargon and apologies!

Unfortunately InvestEngine being slow to sell investors holdings is an oft reported issue.Possibly inherent to their business model of fractional shares and bulk dealing in order to have zero transaction fees?1

I found that when I did sale instructions before 2pm in the day, they had been sold either same day or next. I can't fault Invest Engine apart from a slow ISA transfer in
