Buying MP3 files in bulk - where to go?

I'm one of those individuals who likes to own their music files. I only buy a few every month so it works out less expensive than purchasing a streaming service subscription and I listen to a number of radio stations to hear new tracks being released.
However, since Amazon removed the ability to buy MP3's in bulk earlier this year (maybe to promote its subscription service by making it difficult to purchase MP3's in bulk), I am struggling to find anywhere that sells MP3's for legal download that will allow you to do it in bulk and have the tracks I listen to. The last time I purchased multiple MP3 files from Amazon, my bank froze my account on the grounds it had been compromised and it was a hassle to get the bank to unfreeze it and acknowledge that all the purchases were legitimate. I do not want to repeat that issue but having to purchase one track every so often to avoid tripping the bank's protection system seems unnecessary and avoidable.
I have tried 7digital and Juno records and a number of the artists I want to purchase tracks from are not available from those sites. Apple wants to keep their services within their ecosystem (and nudge you toward Apple's subscription service) and both Spotify and YouTube Music (who replaced Google Play Music) do not offer downloads for obvious reasons (they want you to subscribe because it makes them more money and keeps you tied in to their services).
Is there anywhere that sells a wide range of MP3 tracks legally that will allow you to add them to a cart for one purchase? Thanks in advance.

I had a similar experience a few years ago with my bank whilst trying to purchase many kindle books prior to a holiday. To get around the fact that I couldn't add books to a basket I purchased a gift card from amazon and then paid for the individual books on that. That may be a method that suits you but it's just an idea.

The Amazon digital download store is still there2 -
not sure what you pay per mp3 file but a cheaper way might be to buy the second hand CD from ebay or charity shops and (legally) rip them to mp3 for your own use.1

In terms of buying CD's, the artists that I listen to who are releasing new tracks only put them out on MP3's and streaming services so that option wouldn't work. I don't tend to buy the whole album, just the track or tracks that I am interested in.
The using a gift card option is an interesting idea and one I am kicking myself with for not thinking of earlier.2 -
