ACROSS DAYTIME PRIZE DRAWS: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Who can enter:

These Across Daytime terms and conditions, along with ITV's General Competition, Prize Draw, Vote and Poll Terms and Conditions, available here, (“General Terms”), apply to the Prize Draws (defined below).

The Prize Draws (defined below) are open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group PLC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draws.

Opening/closing date & time:

There will be one (1) Across Daytime prize draw in relation to the programmes Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women (the “Programme”) (“Main Prize Draw”) and two (2) associated prize draws for entrants to have the chance to win a bonus prize (“Bonus Prize Draws”). The Main Prize Draw and the Bonus Prize Draws together, the “Prize Draws”.

Main Prize Draw

· The Main Prize Draw will open for entries via PRTS, SMS, the This Morning app (the “App”), online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) and post on Friday 23 September 2022.

· The Main Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS, the App and via the Website (together, the “Paid Entry Routes”) at 4.00pm on Friday 4 November 2022 and via post (“Postal Entry Route”) at 4.00pm on Thursday 10 November 2022.

Bonus Prize Draws

Subject to the Postal Requirements (defined in the ‘Post’ section below), all entries into the Main Prize Draw will receive a corresponding entry into an associated Bonus Prize Draw for the chance to win a bonus prize as follows:

· Bonus Prize Draw 1: opens on Friday 23 September 2022 and closes for entries: (i) via Paid Entry Routes at 4.00pm on Friday 30 September 2022; and (ii) via the Postal Entry Route at 4.00pm on Thursday 6 October 2022.

· Bonus Prize Draw 2: opens on Friday 30 September 2022 and closes for entries: (i) via Paid Entry Routes at 4.00pm on Friday 14 October 2022; and (ii) via the Postal Entry Route at 4.00pm on Thursday 20 October 2022.

Please note that for the period from Thursday 20 October 2022 at 4.00pm to Thursday 10 November 2022 at 4.00pm, there will be no Bonus Prize Draw. However, from Friday 14 October 2022 there will be a different postal ID as shown in the ‘Post’ section below to enter into the Main Prize Draw only.

Winner selection & contact:

There will be three (3) draws in total as follows:

· Main Prize Draw: the draw will take place within (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries into the Main Prize Draw. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries for Main Prize Draw will win £500,000 cash.

· Bonus Prize Draw 1: the draw will take place within (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries into Bonus Prize Draw 1. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries for Bonus Prize Draw 1 will win a Car (as defined below).

· Bonus Prize Draw 2: the draw will take place within (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries into Bonus Prize Draw 2. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries for Bonus Prize Draw 2 will win a Motorhome (as defined below).

How to enter & cost of entry:

Entrants can enter the Main Prize Draw via the following methods:

· PRTS Phone: call 09068 78 22 48 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Main Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). For each subsequent call from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.00 plus your network access charge.

· SMS text: send an SMS text with the keyword CASH, WINNER or APP to 82248; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Main Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message. Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). If you do not want to receive marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your text entry.

· Online/App: go to the Website or download the App to enter via the following routes (as available on the Website):

o Entry Credits: any Entry Credits won through a Winsday Prize Draw which are sitting in your itv.com/win account will be automatically used to enter this Prize Draw before any other online paid entry routes are available to you (unless you are entering via Rich Communications Services (RCS)).

o Direct to Mobile Billing: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your mobile phone bill. Direct to Mobile Billing may only be available for certain mobile networks – for details see the Website.

o Paypal: follow the instructions on the Website.

o Apple Pay: follow the instructions on the Website.

o Debit Card: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your debit card. Please note that use of a debit card may incur charges from your provider.

o Open Banking: follow the instructions on the Website to deduct your entry costs directly from your chosen bank account.

A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the Website.

Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or Paypal, your card provider may impose surcharges.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” prize draw for every one (1) paid entry.

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering the Main Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”). Any Entry Credit(s) used in the Main Prize Draw will also contribute to the Cap.

· Post – send your name and a contact telephone number (including area code if providing a landline number) to the following addresses:

o during the period of Bonus Prize Draw 1: CAR 39, PO Box 7558, Derby, DE1 0NQ;

All entries into the Main Prize Draw made via the Paid Entry Routes will automatically be entered into the associated Bonus Prize Draw for the chance to win a bonus prize, as set out in the ‘opening/closing date & time’ section above.

For entries made via the Postal Entry Route to qualify for the associated Bonus Prize Draw, you must add the correct postal ID (‘CAR 39’ or ‘MOTOR 41’), as shown in the ‘post’ section above) and your postal entry must be received during the Bonus Prize Draw period relating to that postal ID as set out in the ‘opening/closing date & time’ section above (“Postal Requirements”). Postal entries that do not meet the Postal Requirements will not be included in any Bonus Prize Draw, but will still be entered into the Main Prize Draw provided that these are received within the Main Prize Draw opening and closing times as shown above. By way of example only, if your postal entry includes the postal ID ‘CAR 39’ and your entry is received after 4.00pm on Thursday 6 October 2022 but before 4pm on Thursday 10 November 2022, your postal entry will not be included in any Bonus Prize Draws however, you will still be entered into the Main Prize Draw.

For the avoidance of doubt, all postal entries with the correct postal ID ‘MOTOR 41’ as shown above received in accordance with the Postal Requirements for Bonus Prize Draw 2 will be entered into the Bonus Prize Draw 2 and the Main Prize Draw.

Prize:

There are three (3) prizes consisting of (i) £500,000 cash; (ii) MG ZS EV Trophy car (“Car”); and (iii) a Benimar Tessoro 463 (“Motorhome”).

(i) £500,000 cash – Main Prize Draw

The winner of the Main Prize Draw will win £500,000 (five hundred thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) A Car – Bonus Prize Draw 1

The prize for the winner of Bonus Prize Draw 1 consists of an electric MG ZS EV Trophy Car in Battersea Blue including automatic transmission, road fund licence, first registration fee and a fully charged battery.

The Car will be delivered to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car, a current driver’s licence and a valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The winner is responsible to for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the Car. The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Please note that the Car will include mileage for promotional purposes.

(iii) A Motorhome – Bonus Prize Draw 2

The prize for the winner of Bonus Prize Draw 2 consists of a Benimar Tessoro 463 Motorhome including four (4) berths, manual transmission, first registration fee and £30 worth of fuel (diesel).

The winner will have the choice of either (i) collecting the Motorhome at a local dealership of the prize provider of the Motorhome with a formal handover or (ii) having the Motorhome delivered to their home address, within four (4) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Motorhome and, a current driver’s licence and a current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The winner is responsible for insuring the Motorhome and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the Motorhome in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Please note that delivery of the Motorhome may be subject to delay due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation.

The Motorhome will include mileage for promotional purposes.

Hi, a little help please, I am slightly confused, as Bonus Comp 1 has finished & we are into Bonus Comp 2 (the motorhome) do we still use 'CAR 39' on our postcards to enter for the £500,000 or do we now use 'MOTOR 41' ?

But I wouldn't fret if you have sent postcards recently with MOTOR or CAR and they get delayed in the post / by postal strikes because it also says "Postal entries that do not meet the Postal Requirements will not be included in any Bonus Prize Draw, but will still be entered into the Main Prize Draw provided that these are received within the Main Prize Draw opening and closing times as shown above."

I disagree, As I see it, any text after 4pm on the 14th isn't in the motorhome draw, however for postal entries it's different. As there is longer validity for postal entries, and because of this they overlap.

So MOTOR41 is valid until 4.00pm on Thursday 20 October 2022.

CASH is valid from Friday 14 October at 4.00pm to Thursday 10 November 2022 at 4.00pm

· Bonus Prize Draw 2: opens on Friday 30 September 2022 and closes for entries: (i) via Paid Entry Routes at 4.00pm on Friday 14 October 2022; and (ii) via the Postal Entry Route at 4.00pm on Thursday 20 October 2022.

Wow, what convoluted T’s&C’s! 

I’ve tried to get my head round it and think I’ve sussed it out, for the postal at least. 

Postal entries

“CAR 39” between 23/09 and 4pm 06/10 for car & £500k draws

“MOTOR 41” between 30/09 and 4pm 20/10 for motor home & £500k draws 

If you’ve sent one of those outside the relevant bonus draw times but between Friday 14 October at 4.00pm to Thursday 10 November 2022 at 4.00pm, they will qualify for the £500k draw only

“CASH 44” Friday 14 October at 4.00pm to Thursday 10 November 2022 at 4.00pm for £500K draw *only*
