Instagram toolbar has moved from top to left

This is on my PC, using Chrome browser.

I prefer the toolbar horizontal and up top, but for some reason it's now running vertical, on the left side.

I've checked Instagram settings, but I can't see a way to correct it.

I have the same problem on my computer, using the Chrome browser.

Is it just Instagram (whatever that is) or is the toolbar vertical on other sites?  Surely it is a PC function, just right click on the toolbar and go to settings.

I'm not sure they are talking about a toolbar. But the menu a bit like when iPlayer moved the menu from the top to the left

Dear, Le_Kirk, thank you for your help, still the problem persists

I'm using a Mac Mini pc. Previously, the Instagram Toolbar was horizontal and up and I was satisfied. Later on Chrome and other browsers, Instagram works vertically on the left side.

       I prefer it to be up and horizontal. A way how to fix Instagram settings as they used to be? Can you help me with this?

Dear Le _Kirk, Instagram works vertically on the left side in Windows 10. No change
