Tandem banking app – not working.

Anyone who saves with Tandem, can you see if you can log in, I’m having issues “something went wrong”
Maybe they are updating the savings rates?

Well done you, reinstalled now ok. Called them 10 minutes ago, was told it’s a power outage and will be up and running in a hour!
Next time I have issue I will asked the helpdesk on MSE..Thanks!

from what I remember tandem app has a lot of flaws at the best of times. Support has told me several times the way round the issue I was experiencing was to uninstall and reinstall.
Similar to the age old 'Press the reset button' I suppose
I've not used it much lately. Hope it's improved. Not holding my breath though, I remember reading that it's an app cobbled together using a 'standard template'.0
