Lost money - Payroll company Not responding

I am working as IT contractor under IR35 and payments made through payroll company. And in one of my payroll slip, they generate the wrong low figures
and i am trying to followup with three months to their customer support, complaints email box and dropping the reminder every week and everytime when i called to cusotmer support, they keep saying someone will get back me and no one reach out to me and enquired about why is no correspondence to my email's they saying we getting hundreds of emails and also requested to provide the manager/operation director detail for esclation, simple saying drop the email to complaints email box.
They took their comission, higher employment cost etc and they not bothered to resolve the issue. When i checked the google review on this payroll company, majority of contractor facing the same problems
how to recovery my money? is there any way to complaint to higher authorties i.e HMRC or finanical consumer forum, who can take action against this kind of bad service companies ?

So I learned how this process worked after a couple of errors were made in my pay.
There are four parties in the process:- End client
- Agency
- Payroll/umbrella
- You
The agency then separately invoices the end client for your work under a separate contract.
So when things go wrong, it's usually with the agency. They are also the ones earning all that lovely commission, so they usually do their best to help you. I'd give them a call.

there is no issue with agency, he release the payment to payroll correctly, problem here, payroll company is not responding and simply saying will get back to you from few months. How to recovery my money from payroll company? is there way report to consumer forum ?0
