  • Bonkers (but fun) website and a good place to start-

Personal & Business Car Leasing | LINGsCARS
  • When I was looking for prices I used
    www.leasing.com
    www.leaseloco.com

    We eventually leased from stoneacreleasing.co.uk
But also had quotes from www.fleetprices.co.uk and www.pvdobsonleasing.co.uk who seemed pretty good to me (to the extent I used them).

There is a good thread on piston heads website around leasing. If you're unsure of a company or want to check if a deal seems good there seem to be some pretty knowledgeable folks there.

Why are you choosing to lease rather than any other form of having the ability to use a car?

Do you really mean lease (paying an amount per month to have the use of a car for a period of time) or do you mean PCP (similar but with more options at the end of the period of time)?

Last time I had a lease vehicle, the best price I could obtain was Nationwide Vehicle Contracts:
    https://www.nationwidevehiclecontracts.co.uk/
But I then found that a franchised main Dealer (though not my local one) slightly bettered the rate.

The important thing when leasing is to buy the deal not the car.

I've leased my last 2 cars and found it convenient - just bear in mind mileage limits, needs servicing on time and minimal damage on return to avoid extra costs. I spent a lot of time on research but leaseloco gives you a good range of brokers. I found a huge spread of costs for the same car/deal.
I narrowed down to exactly what I wanted then googled like mad to find the best deal taking into account suppler reviews too.
My current lease is on order through leasecar.uk who are responsive & knowledgeable. I've also found smartlease.co.uk very good too

I would strongly advice against Select Car Leasing
I dealt with a young man called Alex Clements. After signing the contract they changed the price of the lease no less three times. I was under the impression that a signed contract sealed the terms and conditions of the deal, otherwise what is the point of a contract.
They took nearly £300 off me for an arrangement fee. I said I was not prepared to pay the final increases and that they had reneged on a signed contract, they then firstly intimated that I might be charged a cancellation fee and would not be reimbursed my arrangement fee. They followed this up straight away with another email saying they would not charge a cancellation fee but would not return my arrangement fee.
This is all as a result of a recent change in the law whereby they must declare their commission which suggests some sort of under hand dealing. I am disgusted with this company and would advise anybody to tread very carefully before dealing with them. I signed that contract in good faith and was ready able and willing to proceed under the terms of that contract. This company seemed to think it can change terms and conditions willy nilly and cheat people out of the arrangement fee. Simply not right.
