WIN YOU WERE HERE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group PLC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries via post and online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Thursday 22 September 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 10.00pm on Monday 3 October 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Friday 7 October 2022.

Winner selection & contact: 

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first ten (10) entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· Online - go to the Website to enter via the following routes (as available on the Website):

o Entry Credits: any Entry Credits won through a Winsday Prize Draw which are sitting in your itv.com/win account will be automatically used to enter this Prize Draw before any other online paid entry routes are available to you (unless you are entering via Rich Communications Services (RCS)).

o Direct to Mobile Billing: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your mobile phone bill. Direct to Mobile Billing may only be available for certain mobile networks – for details see the Website.

o Paypal: follow the instructions on the Website.

o Apple Pay: follow the instructions on the Website.

o Debit Card: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your debit card. Please note that use of a debit card may incur charges from your provider.

o Open Banking: follow the instructions on the Website to deduct your entry costs directly from your chosen bank account.

A single entry costs £1.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the Website.

Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or Paypal, your card provider may impose surcharges.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”). Any Entry Credit(s) used in this Prize Draw will also contribute to the Cap.

Prize: 

There is one (1) prize for ten (10) winners consisting of a TUI gift card worth £5,000 (five thousand pounds) (the “Giftcard”) and £1,000 (one thousand pounds) (the “Cash”).

The winner can redeem the Giftcard online at tui.co.uk or firstchoice.co.uk, or in any TUI or superstore, excluding Southern Ireland as full or part payment, as set out in the prize provider’s terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/tui-gift-cards. Any travel products purchased using either a Giftcard or Cash are subject to availability at the time of booking and scheduling. Please note that before making a new booking online, the winner must ensure that their Giftcard has sufficient funds to cover the initial payment due when making the booking. Once the initial booking has been made, the winner may use the remainder of the Giftcard (if applicable) to make further payments. In the event that the winner’s initial payment due is larger than £2,000, the winner will need to make the booking at a TUI local shop.

The Giftcard is non-transferable and the value of any monetary balance of the Giftcard may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative, or to buy other gift cards from the prize provider. The Giftcard cannot be used as payment, or exchanged for, travel money-related products, including currency, travellers’ cheques and prepaid cards. The Giftcard must be treated as cash, and the balance cannot be refunded if it is lost, stolen or destroyed. The winner may not book excursions online however will be able to do so by visiting their local TUI store.

Please note that when redeeming their Giftcard, each winner must be the lead traveller on their chosen holiday. Where any of the winner’s companions are aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the holiday. The winner and their companion(s) must hold any relevant travel documentation required for travel (including but not limited to a current and valid passport for non-UK holidays). It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements of the relevant country. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in the relevant country. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise visas for the travelling party if necessary and (ii) ensure that the travelling party has valid travel insurance, including without limitation covering overseas medical costs; (iii) to inform Prize Provider of any requirements due to disabilities for example wheelchair access or any persons with reduced mobility travelling with the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the Prize; and (iv) to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. The prize excludes ground transport to and from departure airports, meals and drinks (other than where specified in the booking), excursions, attraction, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations.

Use of the Giftcard is subject to the prize provider’s booking terms and conditions for package holidays, which are available at https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/website-terms-and-conditions and the Giftcard terms and conditions which are available at https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/tui-gift-cards.

The Cash will be made payable by BACS in the name of each winner only.
