Universal Credit Question- No work related reuirements

Hi all,
Just had a call from my daughter...
She and her partner claim universal credit, he works full time and she is a stay at home mum - 3 kids
There youngest is just coming up to 3
She has asked on the journal about something unrelated to employment and had a message back saying:
"sorry for the delay, but as you are in Working Enough – No Work Related Requirements there is no work coach assigned to your case to prioritise your journals messages"
Does the hours count as a couple then? She was under the impression that she would have to start looking for work during nursery hours so that has thrown her a bit and she asked if I could check on here before she replys to the journal message

There is a change due to come in on the 26th September though, the threshold for 'working enough' will go up from £567 to £782 a month for a couple, so depending on her husband's earnings it's possible she may then have to look for work once the youngest turns 3 as a result of the change.
Edit: just realised full-time work even at NMW should be above the increased threshold, so no she won't have to worrry.2 -
Thanks so much for the reply, very helpful
For some reason they and I both thought it was done on hours but that will explain the journal response, they earn more than the minimum threshold
She will still be looking but it takes the pressure off, I think with it being her last she may find it a difficult transition this time around
Really helpful reply and appreciated2
