I responded to an email purporting to be from MSS a few months back offering higher fixed rate bonds.
It did NOT go to JUNK
I was repeatedly scammed.
I have reported it to various bodies BUT reporting it to MSS is impossible !
Hence reporting it other forum participants.
If you have received these scam emails, please report it to ActionFraud.
And if you have been a victim then you should report it to to your bank also.

I am still being contacted by scammers !!
They find it funny.

It would be helpful to know who MSS are.

I have tried Google but none appear to be in the bond market.

Assuming you meant MSE a warning goes out in every email newsletter as well as featuring in multiple places on the web site. It's hard to think what else they can do.

MSE don't sell anything so an email "from them" getting you to put your money in their bond should have set alarm bells ringing.

It is not surprising you are being contacted by more scammers. They have learnt people who fall for one scam are more likely to fall for another so they sell lists of victims to other scammers, on so-called "suckers lists".

I wonder if they are more likely to fall for another, you'd hope that they'd learn from their mistake.

You'd be surprised how many fall for the classic follow up scam - a company who say they can track down the original scammers and get your money back... for an upfront fee of course.

Plus the OP says "I was repeatedly scammed"

My vice at the moment is documentaries about scam victims. I was gobsmacked at the sheer number of people that had been scammed multiple times, and not learned their lesson. 'Suckers lists' are a real thing and sadly, the success rate of scamming someone twice, three times, four times, etc is suprisingly high.

Thanks to everyone that posted (even those that alluded I am a “sucker”: you are right to your opinion). I hope by coming forward that it may help others.
Those scammers were purporting to be Citigroup, Credit Agricola, Mayfair Property Holdings & West Chevington Farm.

To be honest, it seems unlikely at the level of detail you've provided - despite acknowledging the issue, you still haven't clarified if you were referring to 'MSE' or if there was actually any significance in the three separate references to 'MSS'?
