Hello
Checking for a colleague that the following pcn wording is pofa compliant. They dont have the original envelope but unsure if it was received within 14 days. Should they email the claimants solicitors saying the pcn is invalid as it was not received within 14 days even though court papers have been received. Colleague does not wish to go to court but doesnt want to pay either as they are not the driver.
Bit of background: The keeper received the PCN. Was not the driver. court papers received and they submitted a defence from the newbies thread saying they wernt the driver. Has evidence they were at home.

Those are not court papers, mearly an invoice.
What date was this sent, as the pcn was from May. I suspect any appeal time has passed.
What was the reason for issue? Have you complained to the landowner?
Read the Newbies thread and ignore. Only pay attention once you get a LBC.1 -
You haven't given us enough information for us to help you much with regards to receiving within 14 days as you've redacted the issue date.
What happened when your colleague complained to the landowner and their MP? That is always Plan A.
Was an initial appeal made?
Was an IAS appeal made?
Did your colleague receive a LoC/LBC followed by a court claim?
If so, is your colleague following the guide to court written by bargepole that can be found in the second post of the NEWBIES, and did they use the template defence for 2022 that is in a separate sticky Announcement, not in the NEWBIES.
Rather than do all this through a third party, your colleague would be better off coming here so we can help them direct without the risk of confusion due to information being lost in translation.
I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

The wording of that PCN seems to be POFA compliant. No idea about the dates because one is redacted.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
