My husband has been very happy with the several pairs of £15 running shoes he's had from Lidl. I've been waiting in vain for ages for them to stock them again, but it doesn't seem to be likely and the Lidl shoes are now very worn! How many miles did he get out of these shoes out of interest? I have found Hoka last the longest so although the initial outlay is more, they last much longer so are better value overall, again a lot more support to minimise injuries too. You can get them for 50-60 new if you do some googling.
