EDF fix in june. Didn't give meter reading. Reduced bill. Good news.
I fixed with EDF in june but didn't give meter reading at time of taking it.
It is obvious from my recent electric bill that i was charged for june to aug as though it was winter. I used a convector heater this winter as gas fire broken then off from May.
Difficult in phone call but i gave them my written down read from about june time. They accepted my readings,
In chat they say my bill will be reduced by 20 percent.
So if like me you didnt give reading at time of fix check and give hem a call.
