Yes, you should benefit.
Your separate suppliers should apply the EPG rates/discounts to your individual supplies. You shouldn't have to switch to a dual supply.1 -
"The cap" as shown in the press is an overall average figure based on the average user of 2900 kWh of electric and 12000 kWh of gas across all regions. Each fuel is then broken down with a separate capped price. Your individual capped price may be more or less than the announced price even if you use exactly those amounts of energy as each region has its own capped price for that usage.
