Well, the third word there, wrf, is great evidence to ignore the rest of the comment.
It's a shame, because you actually make a sensible point for once - this is likely to be outside the scope of expectation for the design of the billing system. That was one argument for the "take the full DD and then refund £66 a couple of days afterwards" arrangement that some of the suppliers are doing.0 -
