GEUK - Anyone actually had a bill from them?

I switched to GEUK on 26th July, approaching 2 months ago now.
I have a smart meter, but I think it's probably faulty as no supplier has ever been able to connect to it. I've provided 3 meter readings to GEUK so far.
Currently I've not received a bill from them.
My previous supplier is holding onto my credit, as they haven't received a changeover reading from GEUK. I forwarded their email stating this to GEUK 3 weeks ago but they haven't bothered replying and nothing has changed.
Not a good first impression for me then.
Have other recent new customers had a better experience?

Yes, I have had 2 now.
Have you 'phoned them?0 -
I think that you have been unlucky (or I have been extremely lucky). The 3 times that I have phoned them (queries rather than issues) they were lightning fast at answering the phone.0

My switch was the same day as yours and both my August and September bills arrived precisely as expected. I'd suggest emailing them to be honest if you've not had any success via telephone - I had a swift response from the first email I sent with a minor query, the second took a little longer but was over a time when there was a bank holiday weekend in the way plus the tail end of the summer holiday period, so potentially disrupted.
It does sound like you've been unlucky though.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

wittynamegoeshere said:Thanks for the replies, much appreciated. I'd rather stick with email, as that gives a record of what they said. Phoning takes time, and they could promise the earth then do nothing.I sent my email to customerservices@greenenergyuk.com. Is this the correct address?Or perhaps I'll just leave it in limbo, if they want some money they can contact me. I probably owe them more than my previous supplier owe me, so I'm getting interest free credit.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Here is how you find it for future reference. Makes you wonder how many other people cannot find this information easily.
Go to your energy suppliers webpage and click or touch your phone screen where you see the mail icon
Then mail away👍

I take it that is on a mobile?
On PC it is even clearer (the red arrows are mine)

Yeah thanks for the smart/sarcastic answers!I replied to the address my signup information came from, which is "Customer Services". This seemed like a perfectly logical email address to use to contact er... customer services, given that it's obviously valid and is titled Customer Services. But perhaps I'm too stupid to have worked out the proper way that the warriors of keyboard managed to find with their amazing powers. This forum is a weird place.1

I also agree that the forum is a weird place. Anonymity tends to give people an attitude they normally wouldn't have if they sat opposite you in real life.1
