Purely Pets Dog Insurance

Has any one used Purely Pets insurance? They have come out a lot cheaper than most of the alternatives, £10k lifetime cover for £12 a month, most of the other providers seems to be at least £20+ a month, and a lot cheaper than Many Pets.
I've looked through the terms and it covers illness and accidents (plus extras for lost/death, 3rd party etc etc), so seems adequate, but just wondered if i'm missing something obvious with it being so much cheaper?

I've got Purely Pets cover on my two youngest cats - but not had cause to make a claim or anything so can't really give you any assurances on that front. I expect that the premiums will rise fairly sharply in future years (that tends to be how the more budget end of pet insurance make their money) which is obviously fine if your pet is young and healthy, but a bit of a trap if it's already got existing conditions at that point as you won't be able to move easily and get the same cover.
The PetPlans and Many Pets of the world are fairly prohibitive cost-wise (or they are when you have several insured dogs/cats like I do) so I've always chosen cheaper options and the few claims I've made over the years have always been fine.0 -
Reading the full policy document rather than the summary is always a good idea.1
