Lost child trust fund voucher

Hi, my daughter received the initial £250 voucher which we invested and know where is. But apparently she would have been sent a further £250 voucher when she was 7 but we moved address so never received the voucher. I understand this would have been placed in stakeholder account for her but I can’t find out where. If you do the gov.uk link you have to use current address so it doesn’t find it. There are no helpline numbers either. She’s now 18 and seems this last voucher amount is lost which is a shame. Has anyone come across this before and know how to find it??

When was she born?

Not everyone received the additional £250 as it was cancelled.

Eligibility for the 2nd voucher was a small window, Wikipedia says ended August 2010.

Yes, the window was less than a year - only kids born between Sept 2002 and the end of July 2003 would have received the second voucher.

Ok thanks all. It’s strange though as her friend who was born May 2004 got the 2nd voucher so I’m confused!
